Pick Grade, then Class, then Learner, then Level, then Demerit, then a comment of at least 10 characters. Once sent, an entry cannot be viewed or changed. It goes straight to the school sheet.

ORBIT demo for Onze Rust Primary School. Same screens as the current app, in English, no 10-user limit, each staff member with their own PIN. Staff only record and send; entries cannot be viewed or changed afterwards. No parent contact details exist anywhere in the app. Entries land in the school Google Sheet in the current format so the Excel to Access import does not change. Works without signal.
Price accepted: R4,800 once-off. Hosting on the school Afrihost account (Rev B). Build starts after signatory sign-off.
